The Molt
Ending · release · renewal
No duck emerges from a molt looking dignified. Fortunately, dignity grows back.
Upright
An old shape is becoming too small. Let an ending be an ending, without demanding that it prove the past was worthless. There is room for grief and new feathers.
Reversed
Holding on may be preserving discomfort more faithfully than love. Release one small piece before asking yourself to release everything.
A question for you
What no longer fits the life I am actually living?
Take it into the day
Retire one obligation that has already finished its purpose.
