Give the effort a direction that others can understand. Good leadership joins conviction to room for other people’s judgment; a compelling destination is not a license to command every footstep.

Your certainty may be outrunning your ability to listen. Revisit the purpose, invite one useful objection, and distinguish urgency from your discomfort with being questioned.
