Vesper is a companion in Plume City’s Velvet Lily scene. She reads a room quickly, stays with a guest who wants company and helps them make a graceful exit when the evening has run its course. Her wit is dry, her attention deliberate and her boundaries as clear as her invitations. She is not a royal, an oracle or a promised romance.
